Who is Snaidero Dallas?
Snaidero Dallas is a subsidiary of Snaidero America, the entity licensed to provide Snaidero products and services in the US, Mexico and Caribbean markets.
Are your products made in Italy?
Yes, all our products are made in Italy, with the best raw materials available in the market, focusing on sustainability and the environment.
Do you ship?
Yes, our factory in Majano Italy is designed with a global distribution channel to deliver Snaidero products worldwide.
My product arrived damaged.
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to your Snaidero representative immediately. We will enter it into our system and begin our expediated method to re-make the damaged part and utilize the most eIicient shipping method to deliver your damaged part and complete the installation.
I don’t see the finishes or designs that I want.

Snaidero has been involved in successful multi-unit projects for 35 years. We work with developers and architects to create kitchens, vanities, closets, and interior doors that match the design and, most importantly, the budget.
Who is installing the products I’m interested in purchasing?
Snaidero works with well-trained professional installers to complete the most critical part of the purchasing step: the installation. Single-home or multi-unit buildings receive seamless turn-key services.
Why should I register the product?
Registration of the product allows Snaidero to create a record of your purchase in its global database. The process allows Snaidero to quickly locate your product information and provide prompt service if you should ever need assistance.
What is ten a year warranty cover?

The warranty will cover our products against manufacturer defects, as the warranty we provide is protected by law in your country/state.
Replacement parts are provided at no cost to you, while the installation service is charged at a flat rate.

Snaidero is well known for being an industry leader in design and innovation; we offer as many finishes and hardware options as possible. However, this industry is dynamic, and the materials and hardware are continuously developing.
If your product is no longer being manufactured, we offer our returning customers a special discount to replace the product with a new one.
